Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR 2016/679") and Legislative Decree 101/2018 containing provisions for the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provided will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations to which the company is bound.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

The collection and processing of data is aimed at fulfilling the request for information made by the data subject. The information requested is therefore necessary to provide the services requested. The legal basis is the contract or pre-contractual negotiations.

Processed data

Data defined as common will thus be processed. Examples include but are not limited to: first name, last name, telephone number, postal address, email address, date of birth.

Right or duty to provide data and consequences of failure to provide data

For all purposes, the provision of personal data is not compulsory. However, processing is necessary in order to register and be able to use the service. Providing the data in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory and failure to do so will make it impossible to complete the information request procedure.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

The personal data relating to the processing in question, for the above-mentioned purposes, may be divulged to the people within the organisation of the Data Controller who need them as a result of the task they perform. These subjects are the persons authorised to process the data under the direct authority of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 4 no. 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "appointees"); to third parties to whom the Data Controller may outsource certain activities and who provide certain instrumental services, however related to the processing and purposes described above, such as, for example, administrative, accounting, tax, auditing, IT management, credit collection, mass storage, call centre services. These third parties carry out processing on behalf of the Controller and are authorised to process them as Data Processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Retention period

The Controller will keep any collected registration data and tax data for 10 years after the last use.

Your rights

At any time, you may, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, exercise the right to:

1. request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
2. obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and the period or criterion of conservation;
3. obtain the amendment and deletion of data;
4. obtain the restriction of processing;
5. obtain the portability of data, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and machine-readable, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
6. object to the processing of your personal data at any time (Art. 21);
7. withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
8. to file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Art. 77) if you considers that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
